Helping you and your family move freely and live with real vitality!
Meet Dr. J
Hi, I’m Dr. Jonathan Shultz (or Dr. J). I’ve been serving the Austin community as a chiropractor since 2015, when I graduated from Parker University. Along the way, I’ve also been an actor, teacher, yoga instructor, voice and movement coach, and musician, each of which taught me something about communication, connection, and the human body. But chiropractic is where I found my purpose: helping people live better, fuller lives.
My greatest passion, though, is being a husband and dad. I’m blessed with an incredible wife, Jacque, and two wild, wonderful kids, Hudson and Gemma.
My chiropractic style is active, precise, and thorough. I use vigorous adjustments to restore the movement your joints need. You’ll receive one of the most complete and attentive adjustments you’ve ever had. The process isn’t always comfortable in the moment, but you’ll walk out feeling like a million bucks.
In addition to full spine work, I’ve spent the past three years studying Orthospinology Upper Cervical Chiropractic. Making sure your atlas is properly aligned ensures that your nervous system is fully engaged and your body’s innate power is switched on.
If you’re looking for a chiropractor who considers the needs of your entire spine, body, and nervous system, and actually takes the time to meet them, I’m your guy.
Self Healing Design
Our innate genetic intelligence is 100% self-healing and self-regulating in the correct environment. The correct environment consists of a spine free of subluxation and postural abnormalities, as well as a lifestyle in which one eats/hydrates well, moves well and often, thinks/feels well, rests/plays well, and avoids environmental toxicity. Creating this environment for ourselves will almost totally remove us from the risk of developing chronic disease or disabling spinal degeneration.
What we stand for:
Mission:
My mission is to help save families from chronic disease & spinal degeneration, by reconnecting them with their innate healing potential through chiropractic care & lifestyle choices.
Vision:
I am creating a chiropractic clinic that serves as a community hub for wellness minded individuals and families in central Austin.
Purpose:
This is important because people are dying from preventable diseases of chronic illness and being disabled by spinal degeneration at rates never seen on this planet.
